About this role
Responsibilities: • Develops and implementing document control processes and procedures. • Manages document revisions and ensuring the latest version is available. • Maintains document control database and files. • Coordinates document review and approval processes. • Ensures compliance with company and legal document management requirements. • Provides training to staff on document control procedures. • Resolves document control issues and conflicts. • Archives and disposing of outdated documents. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree, Diploma, Higher NITEC or NITEC in Engineering • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as document controller in oil & gas or similar industry • Proven experience as a Document Controller. • Knowledge of document management systems and software. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Attention to detail and accuracy. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
