Job Description & Requirements M&E Drafting and Estimated / Quantity take off for M&E project. • Control and monitor Quality systems and procedures of the projects assign • Procure local materials as per Bill of Materials • Document all key activities in accordance with contract conditions and to Company’s procedures • Submit quotations and obtain approval , payment claim for clients , main contract , variation orders in accordance with the contract conditions • Administer contract requirements for all project assigned and others duties as assigned from time to time Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Drafting (M&E Preferred) with strong drive and ambition to specialise in CAD or BIM drafting • Good command of English in both written and spoken • Good knowledge and skill in drafting (Autocad) • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Good interpersonal communication skill with analytical mindset and problem solving skill • Hardworking , ability to multi-task and work well with others, resourceful , good personality • Knowledge / experience in Revit / BIM software, and Cubicost (TBQ and TME) is a good to have Interested applicants can send an email to hr@bengbeng.com.sg.
