Maintenance Technician POS & Ticketing System| $2800-$4000 | AMK #2209

• Contract: 1 year renewable/ convertible • Salary range: $2800 to $4000 + Allowances + Bonus • Working Days: 4 days work & 2 days off • Working Hours: 9am to 10pm (rotational shift basis) • Location – Ang Mo Kio Job Descriptions • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for attraction ticketing systems, POS systems, vehicle gantry admission systems, and car park electronic payment systems • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and carry out timely repairs to minimize system downtime • Conduct routine inspections, testing, and system health checks to ensure smooth operations • Monitor system performance and escalate critical faults when necessary • Support system installation, setup, configuration, and commissioning activities • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for maintenance, upgrades, and issue resolution • Maintain proper documentation of maintenance activities, incidents, and service reports • Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with operational and safety procedures • Provide on-site technical support and respond to urgent system issues when required Job Requirements • Minimum NITEC in Electrical, Electronics, Information Technology, or related discipline • Basic understanding of software applications and IT systems and familiarity with POS systems, Car Park Electronic Payment Systems, Ticketing or Access Control Systems • Experience in troubleshooting both hardware and software issues • Basic networking knowledge (LAN, TCP/IP, IP devices) • Possess a valid Class 3 Driving License If you are interested, please submit your application here.
