About this role
• Duration: 12 months (from June 2026) • Location: Tukang Innovation Drive • Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM • Working Days: Monday to Friday Emerging Talent Programme Management • Execute recruitment activities for interns and graduates, ensuring efficient hiring processes (target cycle time ≤ 30 days). • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes with high accuracy and timeliness (≥ 98% completion). • Support day-to-day programme delivery, placement management, and handling of escalations. Stakeholder & Vendor Management • Partner with business stakeholders to ensure smooth programme execution and governance. • Manage relationships with recruitment suppliers and external partners, ensuring service delivery and responsiveness. • Collaborate across cross-functional teams in a matrix environment to support operational goals. Campus & Institutional Engagement • Build and maintain relationships with universities, institutes, and education partners. • Participate in career fairs, campus events, and student outreach initiatives. • Identify and develop new early career partnership opportunities across APAC. Programme Governance & Compliance • Ensure adherence to local labour laws, hiring practices, and internal policies (zero major compliance breaches). • Support governance frameworks, reporting, and risk management activities. • Track and manage government grants related to early career programmes. Learning & Development • Oversee training coordination and monitor completion of mandatory learning programmes. • Implement onboarding and “keep warm” strategies to engage candidates pre-joining. Continuous Improvement • Identify and implement improvements to enhance candidate experience and programme effectiveness. • Contribute to talent attraction strategies, including diversity and pipeline initiatives Role OverviewThis role focuses on supporting and delivering early career and emerging talent programmes, ensuring effective execution, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement across processes and frameworks. Key Requirements• Good understanding of Asian cultures and business practices. • Strong knowledge of emerging talent delivery models, frameworks, processes, and policies to support structured early career programmes. • Proven vendor management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment partners and external vendors. • Analytical mindset with the ability to utilise data, metrics, and insights to drive decision-making and improvements. • Demonstrated experience in delivering projects within HR, Talent, or Learning functions. • Customer-focused approach, ensuring professional, responsive, and high-quality support to candidates and stakeholders. • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all organizational levels. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to interact with diverse internal and external stakeholders. • Experience working in a matrixed environment, collaborating across teams and third-party partners to achieve operational goals. • Sound understanding of employment laws, local HR practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance. • Passion for emerging talent development and learning initiatives, with a strong drive to contribute to programme success.
