About this role
Location: Lengkok Bahru Working Hours: • Monday – Thursday: 8.00am – 5.30pm • Friday: 8.00am – 5.00pm Contract Duration: Minimum 3 months (extendable up to 9 months based on performance) Salary: 2900 - 3900 Responsibilities• Provide registry and frontline services via digital platforms and counter operations • Attend to public enquiries and provide service support professionally • Manage service recovery and resolve service-related issues • Process and verify filings and fee waiver requests through the E-Services Portal • Provide timely updates and guidance via portal dashboards • Handle walk-in enquiries and digital service requests • Support stakeholders with information on court processes and procedures Requirements• Diploma in any discipline • Experience in project management (systems development-related experience preferred) • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Comfortable working across multiple IT systems • Customer service experience is an advantage • Strong organisational and time management skills • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism • Passion for community service Interested candidate please click "APPLY" to begin your job search journey and submit your CV directly through the official PERSOL job application platform - GO Mobile We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
