About this role
Working HoursRotating 3 Shifts ( AM / PM / ON ) 5 Working Days per Week (Rostered) Shift schedule will be based on operational requirements, including weekends and public holidays. Job SummaryProvide frontline administrative and customer service support in the Emergency Department, ensuring smooth patient registration, appointment coordination, and service experience for patients and their families.
