About this role
The Emerging Affluent Relationship Manager is a hybrid role and will service both Regional Premier customers and designated group of offshore customers. Digital Offshore • Encourage upfunding of customers from Digital Offshore channel to fulfil Premier funding criteria • Obtain KYC/CDD information of upfunded customers to upgrade to Premier Banking Regional Premier • To provide “one-stop” banking solutions to our Regional Premier customers. • To provide financial advisory, promote and cross-sell a comprehensive range of financial products and services to this group of customers • To proactively manage and build long term customer relationship • Encourage upfunding of customers from Regional Premier channel to fulfil Premier funding criteria • Ensure adherence to the relevant policies, regulatory risk and compliance matters Who you are: • A degree or diploma in the relevant field, with experience in retail banking sales • A results-driven mindset with a strong desire to overcome challenges • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • CMFAS certifications in RES5, M8, M8A, M9, M9A, HI is an added advantage
