JOB TITLE: RECRUITEMENT CONSULTANT Roles & Responsibilities: - Handle employers’ enquiries - Conduct and arrange interviews between employers and helpers - Provide customer service to employers throughout the process Requirements: - CEI Basic (Comprehensive) certification is required - Bilingual - Related experience in maid agency preferred - Sales driven, independent and highly motivate - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Team Player Work Hours: Flexi-work hours or Part-time Remuneration: Basic Salary for Flexi-work hours + Attractive Commissions Structure & Travel Benefits!
