Working Days & Hours: Mon - Fri, 10am - 7pm Key Responsibilities: • Assist respondents in completing surveys online or through manual collection methods. • Accurately enter collected data into the system and ensure data integrity. • Conduct field visits for respondents who cannot be reached via phone. • Update call outcomes and survey progress daily using assigned tools (e.g., Excel). • Collaborate with team members to achieve survey completion targets. • Handle respondent objections professionally and encourage participation. • Prepare accurate daily reports on productivity and survey completion. • Review and correct (“clean”) survey data flagged for errors or ambiguities. • Maintain detailed case notes for each respondent to support follow-up actions. • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and provide valid reasons for any deviations. • Meet established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Requirements: • Minimum Diploma qualification in Business, Marketing, or related field. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic data entry tools. • Availability to work on weekends as required by project schedules. • High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
