You’ll receive in-house training, have a dedicated mentor, andcontribute to a wide range of projects. Your Responsibilities Will Include:  Pre-Event Planning • Managing RSVP lists and pre-registration • Coordinating with vendors and suppliers • Preparing logistics and materials  On-Site Event Support • Handling registration, ushering, and guest flow • Supporting logistics, emcees, and stage management • Assisting with performances and programme segments  Post-Event Wrap-Up • Event teardown and material return • Inventory checks and stock-taking  Pitch & ConceptDevelopment • Researching and sourcing ideal suppliers • Brainstorming ideas with the creative team  Ad-Hoc Duties • Supporting the team in any miscellaneous tasks — because we all roll up oursleeves here!  Curious about what we’ve beenup to?
