Key Highlights: • Office Hours: Mon–Thu 8:30–18:00 | Fri 8:30–17:30 • Work Location: Thomson Road, Singapore • Contract Duration: 1-year contract • Salary: $2,580-$3,160 • Opportunity to support large-scale national events and volunteer programmes Key Responsibilities: Event Management Support • Assist in the coordination and logistics for company anniversary events, including venue arrangements, guest management, and programme scheduling • Support events held on back-to-back weekends across two consecutive weeks • Assist with planning and logistics for appointment and appreciation events for Review Board and Committee members Volunteer Management & Programme Support • Support the design and pilot of new volunteer programmes, including research, documentation, and stakeholder feedback collection • Review and document existing processes for Review Board and Committee • Identify areas for improvement and maintain updated procedural guidelines • Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned Key Requirements: • Diploma or Degree holder (open to all fields) • Strong written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail • Good project management and problem-solving skills • Proficient in Microsoft Excel • Able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders • Team player who can also work independently under pressure Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
