Finance Admin (COA | Contract | Central)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and curious individual to support finance system operations and improvements, with hands-on exposure to data, workflows, and real project implementation. Nearest MRT: City Hall (Central) Working Hours: Mon - Thurs: 9:00am – 6:30pm, Fri: 9:00am – 6:00pm (flexible hours may be arranged) Salary: $15 – $16 per hour Duration: 6-month contract Key Responsibilities: • Support updates to the Chart of Accounts (COA), including data verification, migration activities, system testing, and documentation • Assist with system improvements by supporting change requests and testing new features in collaboration with system vendors • Maintain and update master data within the central system to ensure accuracy and consistency • Organise and update user guides and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) • Support project activities and gain exposure to system workflows, controls, and implementation processes Key Requirements: • Minimum a Diploma holder in Accountancy, Business, Finance, IT, Systems, or related fields, or relevant experience • Interest in systems, operations, or tech-enabled roles within a finance environment • Basic understanding of finance processes; experience with systems or implementations is an advantage • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills • Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work both independently and in a team If this sounds like a good fit for you, we’d love to hear from you - apply now!
