Job Summary Manage and execute roadshows by planning calendars, sourcing sites, negotiating spaces, coordinating manpower, and overseeing logistics to drive sales and customer engagement. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver impactful marketing activations aligned with business goals. Responsibilities • Develop and manage the roadshow calendar to align with sales periods, marketing campaigns, and product launches for optimal impact • Identify and evaluate high-footfall locations within malls and external venues to source strategic sites that maximize visibility and conversion potential • Negotiate space agreements with mall management and partners to secure prime locations while optimizing costs and commercial terms • Plan and coordinate manpower allocation, including staffing and scheduling of sales promoters and support teams to ensure smooth operations • Manage approval processes and documentation to ensure compliance with mall and regulatory requirements for roadshow execution • Oversee deployment and setup of roadshow infrastructure, ensuring timely delivery, installation, and operational readiness of equipment and materials • Coordinate with vendors to set up counters and booth fixtures according to approved layouts and branding guidelines • Manage inventory deployment and replenishment to maintain adequate stock levels throughout roadshow periods • Provide on-ground operational and technical support to sales staff to ensure seamless event execution • Conceptualise and deliver thematic in-store events to increase footfall and customer engagement at physical locations • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to align event execution with business objectives and achieve sales and lead generation targets • Work with designers to develop marketing collaterals for roadshows and events Required competencies and certifications • Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field • 3–5 years of experience in event management, retail activations, roadshows, or channel marketing Preferred competencies and qualifications • Strong project management skills to plan and execute multiple events and timelines concurrently • Detail-oriented with operational awareness to ensure smooth execution and compliance • Excellent communication skills to thrive in fast-paced, on-ground environments • Creative mindset with strong commercial awareness • Strong eye for design, layout, and visual storytelling • High level of accuracy and attention to detail • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-store retail environment • Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented approach To apply, simply click "APPLY" and submit your curriculum vitae (CV) through GO, the official PERSOL job application platform.
