OverviewWe are looking for an Execution support professional to work closely with the director and executive team. This role is designed for a highly organized, execution-driven individual who thrives on turning ideas, decisions, and discussions into tangible outcomes. At the same time, supporting content execution across multiple social media platforms using AI and modern tools. Key Responsibilities• Own execution and follow-through across meetings, decisions, travel, and ongoing initiatives by tracking action items, coordinating timelines, and ensuring deliverables are completed and nothing falls through the cracks • Support scheduling, calendar coordination, and selected travel logistics, including preparing briefings, itineraries, and summaries, while proactively flagging conflicts, risks, or inefficiencies • Prepare clear, concise summaries, notes, and pre-digested materials for leadership by consolidating information from multiple sources and preserving context and intent • Act as a first point of contact for internal requests and coordination, escalating only matters that require judgment or decision-making • Support content execution using AI and digital tools, including repurposing long-form content into short-form assets, generating captions and hooks, and assisting with light video editing • Perform basic video editing such as clip extraction, simple reels and shorts, and supporting YouTube workflows (rough cuts, trims, cards) • Coordinate with scripting, editing, and internal teams to support consistent content output across multiple platforms • Maintain and improve SOPs and recurring workflows related to content execution, travel, and operations, continuously reducing friction and improving efficiency Requirements • Prior experience supporting directors, or senior executives in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment, with exposure to frequent travel, shifting priorities, and dynamic schedules • Experience in startup, fast-growth, or entrepreneurial settings, managing multiple timelines, dependencies, and parallel workstreams • Strong execution and follow-through skills, with the ability to track tasks, action items, and deliverables across teams and initiatives • Comfortable following up and chasing updates in a firm, professional, and relationship-aware manner • Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership and accountability; does not operate with a “that’s not my job” mindset • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams • Demonstrates sound judgment, logical thinking, and maturity, with the ability to assess situations, prioritize, and move forward without constant escalation • Proactive and forward-looking; able to anticipate bottlenecks, risks, and conflicts before they arise and take initiative to address them • Positive, resilient, and solution-oriented; identifies inefficiencies and proposes thoughtful improvements, not just problems • Highly efficient with technology and digital tools; comfortable using AI tools (or a fast learner) to support execution, content repurposing, summarization, and workflow acceleration • Experience working with multi-platform social media content (e.g. YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn), with an understanding that content requirements differ by platform and format • Able to perform basic video editing, including clip extraction from long-form content, simple edits for reels and shorts, and supporting YouTube workflows (rough cuts, trims, cards) • Comfortable working with raw footage and breaking long-form content into shorter assets • Highly organized with strong attention to detail; able to manage checklists, trackers, documents, and SOPs across complex, fast-moving workflows • Strong written communication skills; able to consolidate information into clear, concise summaries, meeting notes, briefs, and updates that preserve context and intent • Communicates progress, risks, and dependencies clearly, keeping information structured, accessible, and easy to retrieve • Minimal travel restrictions. This role may require you to travel to the US, UK, Australia, Middle East and Asia. • Work Hours: We service customers across global time zones, so working hours are somewhat flexible. Generally, the team follows standard business hours 9 am-5 pm. We run events monthly on weekends and evenings which will be required to attend and support as needed.
