Job Summary The role supports company operations through executive assistance, office coordination, documentation control, CRM, HR, finance, compliance, marketing, and sales support to ensure efficient daily operations. Responsibilities • Provide administrative and secretarial support to management and team • Manage documentation and filing systems, ensuring confidentiality and easy retrieval of records • Maintain and update CRM data to support sales and client relationship management • Support HR functions by coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining staff records for workforce management • Assist with finance tasks such as processing claims, invoices, utilities payments, and petty cash management to support financial operations • Coordinate marketing and social media activities to enhance company visibility and engagement • Track quotations and manage client correspondences to support sales processes • Facilitate cross-departmental coordination and ensure compliance with company policies to promote operational efficiency Preferred competencies and qualifications • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, HR, Finance, or related field, preferably with consultancy or construction industry knowledge • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cloud-based tools such as Google Workspace • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills • Demonstrated diligence, discretion, dependability, and adaptability in fast-paced settings
