About this role
Job Responsibilities: • Received PQPs from Marketing Department and to prepare project budgets accordingly. • Vet through contract documents thoroughly and be the project lead in handling projects' contractual matters. • Plan resources such as manpower, material and equipment for projects. • Control wastage and productivity on site. • Ensure QA/QC of materials and work processes are being practiced on site. • Troubleshoot and resolve problems on site. • Provide technical support on construction processes to Supervisors and Foremen. • Ensure Engineers, Supervisors and Foremen work harmoniously to provide seamless support to Utracon’s Clients. • Prepare weekly and/or monthly progress reports to be submitted to the Department Head. • Study shop drawings from the Design Division and/or from the clients. • Ensure progress claims are submitted on time and keep track of the status of payments from clients. • Initiate countermeasures against recalcitrant clients to protect the Company from bad debt/non-payment. • Ensure compliance with the Company’s IMS process and procedures. • Ensure OSH risk assessments and EMS impact & aspect register are conducted and implemented in company operations. Pre-requisites: • Excellent oral and written communication skills in the English language. • Prefer with site working experience. • Outgoing personality and service-driven with a positive and "can-do" attitude. • Proactive and self-motivated in problem-solving. • Ability to read and interpret drawings. • Strong time management and project management skills. • Proficient in the use of AutoCAD software.
