Executive, Finance (Systems Implementation)

Job Description: The candidate is responsible for the following: • Support Customer Account and Tax operations while driving co-ownership of issues and solutions across Whole-of-Government stakeholders • Track and manage requests, ensuring timely follow-ups, issue resolution and efficient processing • Coordinate with system integrators and stakeholders on integration, deployment and post-implementation hypercare support, ensuring accurate documentation and resolving agencies’ queries. • Support system configuration, testing (System Integration Testing/User Acceptance Testing), and continuous improvements through change requests and new feature releases • Engage agencies and stakeholders to understand the systems landscape and gather requirements, feedback, and drive timely responses • Conduct briefing and training to agencies on any new changes and functionalities.  • Maintain and update project documentation and Standard Operating Procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency Functional/Technical Competencies • Tertiary education in Accountancy, Business, Finance, IT, Systems or related disciplines • Keen interest in Ops-Tech roles • Understanding of finance processes such as Accounts Receivable, Taxes and GST • Understanding in financial/billing systems, XBRL, XML and interface as well as system implementation will be useful. • Able to proactively develop and manage relationships with various key stakeholders Generic Competencies • Good critical thinking, problem-solving and analytical skills • Time management skills to multi-task and prioritize key deliverables • Meticulous and a good team player who is able to work well independently • Good communication and presentation skills.
