About this role
This an operationally focused role supporting both centre logistics and external outreach events. The incumbent is responsible for the coordination, implementation, and delivery of programmes and workshops at Lifelong Learning Singapore's (LLSG) Centre's Level 1 Service Touchpoint, with a primary focus on execution for youth, Institutes of Higher Learning (IHL) students and adult learners. Concurrently, the role supports the operational setup and execution of external outreach events and roadshows, coordinates with stakeholders and vendors, and handles daily centre operations. Responsibilities: Centre Programme Coordination & Implementation • Coordinate, implement, and deliver activities, workshops, learning journeys, and events at the Level 1 Service Touchpoint for various target segments (such as students from IHLs, early careerists, and mid-careerists) • Support the operational coordination and implementation of targeted programmes for students from IHLs, including Polytechnics, ITE, and Universities, to facilitate career exploration and skills development Event Planning & Operational Delivery • Support the planning, operational delivery, physical setup, and on-site execution for external outreach events, roadshows, and career/skills fairs conducted in partnership with various stakeholders and community partners • Serve as an operational point of contact for stakeholder representatives and community partners to coordinate logistics, tracking project timelines and event requirements • Monitor and track attendance, collect participant feedback, and compile programme performance data to support reporting and continuous improvement efforts Vendor Management & Centre Operations • Coordinate and liaise with appointed term vendors to execute standard programmes, ensuring day-to-day delivery aligns with service requirements • Assist with the administrative sourcing and procurement processes for non-term vendors and subject-matter experts, adhering to standard organisational guidelines • Provide day-to-day centre operations support, manage equipment and materials logistics, and provide administrative backing for the centre. Requirements: • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related discipline • Relevant work experience focused on programme coordination, event delivery, stakeholder coordination, or operational execution • Strong verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with vendors, collaborating with stakeholders, and assisting centre visitors or student audiences • Experience in working with term vendors and navigating standard administrative sourcing and procurement processes • Ability to adapt well and thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on operational environment • Robust organisational, multitasking, and logistical skills to handle concurrent event assignments and deliver tasks within deadlines Candidates who do not have the required qualification or relevant experience are welcome to apply.
