About this role
This is a contract position within the Campus Business Development team at Lifelong Learning Singapore (LLSG). The role provides generalist support across BD operations, venue facilitation, and event execution, with a near-term focus on the SkillsFuture Festival (SFF) and ongoing campus activation efforts. The incumbent will work closely with the BD team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and step in as additional capacity during high-key periods. Responsibilities: Venue & Facilities Management • Manage rental room booking enquiries, including processing soft bookings, amendments, and approval of booking requests • Liaise with internal stakeholders to confirm booking eligibility and clearance • Maintain accurate booking records and generate utilisation reports Stakeholder Coordination & Meeting Management • Coordinate with internal stakeholders within the BD team to align on deliverables and timelines • Take minutes at meetings and circulate action items • Track and follow up on outstanding action items to ensure timely closure • Maintain planning trackers and flag items at risk of slippage to the reporting officer Reporting & Data Visualisation • Track and report on revenue forecasting and utilisation trends, highlighting variances and projections for internal review • Monitor and consolidate tenancy and rental rooms satisfaction scores, surfacing actionable insights for service improvement • Track conversion and retention metrics across venue bookings and tenant engagements • Present data in a visual and accessible format with clear recommendations to support BD decision-making Event & Community Engagement Support • Provide on-site support at campus events and community engagement activities, including those held in the evenings and on weekends • Support tenant activation efforts, including coordination of engagement touchpoints and follow-up communications • Assist with end-to-end event coordination and post-event utilisation reporting Tenant Engagement& Account Management • Support day-to-day account management for existing tenants, serving as a coordination point for queries and follow-ups • Assist in tracking tenant satisfaction and flagging issues for resolution by the reporting officer • Support wider tenant activation efforts and coordination of engagement activities on campus • Assist in the execution of new pilot initiatives and ensure progress is tracked and documented SkillsFuture Festival (SFF) – Near-Term Priority • Serve as a key operational support for SFF logistics and on-site execution • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless event delivery Requirements: • Diploma or Degree in Business, Events Management, or related field • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in operations, events, or facilities management • Organised and detail-oriented with strong follow-through • Comfortable working outside of regular hours for evening and weekend events • Proficient in MS Office; experience with data visualisation tools such as PowerBI or equivalent is an advantage • Strong ability to synthesise data into clear, visual, and actionable reports Candidates who do not have the required qualification or relevant experience are welcome to apply.
