PAP COMMUNITY FOUNDATION is hiring for a Executive (Talent Management) internship — a 12-month, on-site Design role based in NEW UPPER CHANGI ROAD, Singapore. It is an unpaid internship. It is open to university students, typically in Year 2–4. Applicants with experience in Coaching, E-Learning, Manpower Planning, Regulatory Compliance, and Interpersonal Skills are a strong fit.
About this role
Key Responsibilities• Work with Hiring Divisions on meeting manpower needs • Develop, execute and evaluate attraction and recruitment strategies • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing and selection • Administer and seek to enhance a seamless onboarding process, providing new employees with essential information and resources • Prepare Appointment Letters and other HR-related documents with accuracy and confidentiality • Liaise with internal & external parties for recruitment related activities • Plan and participate in recruitment efforts for e.g., Career Fairs, Walk-in Interviews and Virtual Interviews • Track, monitor and prepare reports on various recruitment metrics, statistics and strategies • Review and develop relevant HR SOPs and policies, circulars etc. • Undertake HR projects, recruitment and retention initiatives • Support monthly payroll processing and administer funding matters • Ensure proper documentation of changes to terms of employment such as transfer, re-designation, re-deployment, salary adjustment, conversion of type of employment, etc. • Provide support and advice to employees and line managers on various HR matters • Stay updated with employment laws, regulations and HR best practices Job Holder Requirements:• Qualification: Diploma/Bachelor Degree • Experience: Preferably with 2 years of HR related experience or equivalent Other Knowledge / Skills / Attributes: • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Strong interpersonal and communication skillsto effectively interact with stakeholders of all levels • Excellent organizational skills with theability to prioritize tasks • Meticulous and an eye for detail • Strong and creative in problem-solving • Ability to work independently and as part of a team Please send your resume to pcfhr@pcf.org.sg indicating your current and expected salary.
