[Contract Position] Job Description: You will support the planning and execution of digital youth programmes, including managing IT-enabled solutions, performance tracking, and management reporting. You will also coordinate Career Advancement Series (CAS) initiatives and mentoring programmes, ensuring effective programme delivery, stakeholder engagement, and participant development through data-driven insights and operational support. Responsibilities: Digital Programmes and Management Reporting · Lead and manage digital programme initiatives (planning, rollout, optimisation) · Oversee IT-enabled solutions to support youth programmes and operations · Develop and track programme KPIs and performance dashboards · Prepare and consolidate EXCO and Board of Trustees (BOT) reports · Ensure data accuracy, insights, and reporting timelines · Coordinate with internal teams on system/process improvements · Support digital transformation efforts within Youth programmes Career Advancement Series · Support implementation of Digital Programmes such as Programme logistics, participant coordination, vendor liaison · Plan and execute Career Advancement Series (CAS) sessions such as Workshops, talks, networking sessions · Manage participant registrations, attendance tracking, feedback collection · Assist in content development (slides, materials, collaterals) · Coordinate with partners, speakers, and trainers · Track programme outcomes and prepare basic reports Mentoring & Participant Engagement · Manage Corporate Mentoring Programme such as Match mentors and mentees and Monitor progress and engagement · Oversee Mentor Me initiative such as coordinating mentoring sessions and activities · Support Career Advancement Series (CAS) delivery · Maintain relationships with corporate partners and Volunteer mentors · Track participant development and maintain mentoring records · Gather feedback and improve programme effectiveness · Provide administrative and operational support for mentoring initiatives Requirements: • Diploma or Degree in any discipline relevant fields such as Business, Social Sciences, or Information Systems with 1–2 years of relevant experience in programme coordination, operations, or administration • Demonstrated ability to engage and manage diverse groups of stakeholders to ensure smooth programme delivery and prompt resolution of operational issues • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with data visualisation tools (e.g., Excel dashboards, Power BI, Tableau) will be considered an added advantage • Good organisational and administrative skills, with attention to detail and accuracy • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment • Able to participate in SINDA-wide events, when required • Approved Over-time hours will be compensated with time off or off-in lieu in accordance with internal policy Our Welfare: We aim to take care of your well-being.
