Purpose Support requirement clarity and documentation across projects. Learn to translate ideas into structured outputs. Key Responsibilities 1) Documentation Support • Convert meetings and discussions into structured notes and requirements • Assist in drafting user stories, flows, and acceptance criteria • Maintain documentation consistency across projects 2) Research & Synthesis • Support discovery with basic research (users, references, competitors) • Summarise insights into clear, usable outputs 3) Experience Mapping Support • Assist in journey mapping, flow diagrams, and interaction breakdowns • Support workshops (capture outputs, organise materials) 4) Requirement Tracking • Help track requirements across design, development, and testing • Ensure updates are reflected and documented What Good Looks Like • Clear, organised documentation • Fast turnaround from discussion → structured output • Reliable support to PM, Creative, and Tech teams Requirements • Currently studying or recent graduate (Business, Design, Tech, or related) • Strong attention to detail and structured thinking • Able to write clearly and organise information well • Proactive and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment
