Experienced Part-Time Retail Associate

Locations: ION Orchard | Takashimaya | IMM Immediate Start | Minimum 4 Days per Week (Inc weekend) | 6-Month Commitment JOB SUMMARY We are looking for passionate and reliable Part-Time Retail Associates to join our team! If you enjoy interacting with customers, have an eye for style, and thrive in a retail environment, we’d love to have you on board. You’ll play an important role in delivering excellent service, supporting daily operations, and achieving sales goals for our footwear brand. RESPONSIBILITIES • Deliver high quality and professional service to customers • Execute daily store operations efficiently • Perform opening and closing duties as assigned • Work closely with the team to achieve sales targets (commission applicable) • Provide attentive customer service and build lasting relationships • Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy and stock organisation • Process online orders in store fulfilment • Assist with live streaming setup (option to host if interested) • Maintain store cleanliness and visual standards REQUIREMENTS • Customer-oriented and proactive team player • Good command of English • Minimum 1 year of retail experience (footwear or fashion preferred) • Able to work independently and take initiative • Must be available to work weekends and public holidays • Able to start immediately • Minimum commitment of 4 days per week for at least 6 months • Not travelling and able to commit to work continuously for the next 3 months • Willing to work across multiple store locations WHAT WE OFFER • Hourly pay + commission incentives • Staff product discounts • Friendly and supportive team environment • On-the-job training and development opportunities
