Facilities Admin & Exhibitions Officer (1-Year Contract | Salary Up to SGD 3,200) – JO 28376

Key Highlights:• Contract Duration: 1-year contract • Working Hours: 9.00am – 6.30 pm (Monday to Friday) • Work Location: Near MRT City Hall • Salary: SGD 2,800–3,200 (depending on experience) Job Description• Liaise with contractors for the fabrication, installation, structural maintenance, and cleaning of heritage trail structures, including trail markers, wayfinding signages, and exhibition panels; may involve participation in tender processes. • Coordinate with schools and partners for travelling exhibitions, managing end-to-end processes such as handling booking enquiries, conducting site recces with contractors, and preparing procurement and billing paperwork. • Assist in managing and preparing rosters for gallery sitters at community galleries. • Liaise with contractors to ensure smooth operations and general wellbeing of community galleries. • Assist in monitoring budgets and maintaining records of key details and administrative procedures. • Perform any other duties as assigned. Specific Requirements• Working knowledge of estates and facilities management, preferably with at least 1- 2 years of relevant experience. • Self-motivated, creative problem-solver who can handle tight timelines, limited resources, multi-tasking, and adapt to challenges. • Team player with proven ability to collaborate and manage internal and external stakeholders and/or agencies. • Strong communication skills, both written and oral, across all levels of stakeholders. • Willingness to be on the move for site visits as required.
