Job SummaryResponsible for supporting the operation, maintenance, and monitoring of facilities systems within a cleanroom/manufacturing environment to ensure smooth plant operations, environmental compliance, and equipment reliability. Key Responsibilities1. Facilities Operations & Maintenance• Operate and monitor facilities equipment and systems. • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as scheduled or required. • Execute and close MMS work orders in a timely manner. • Maintain accurate daily log recordings. • Support annual plant shutdown activities. 2. Monitoring & System Control• Monitor environmental parameters and system performance via Building Management System (BMS) and Environmental Management System (EMS). • Attend to Out-of-Specification (OOS) situations in manufacturing and related areas. • Respond promptly to operational interruptions and equipment issues. 3. Documentation & Compliance• Support periodic review and revision of equipment/system checklists. • Assist in document change implementation when required. • Support Facilities Change Control (FCC) and project-related activities. • Generate log trending reports for engineering review. 4. Continuous Improvement & Reliability• Perform basic troubleshooting and problem-solving with minimal supervision. • Prepare simple Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports when required. • Support development of Predictive Maintenance and Life Cycle Management plans. • Assist in identifying, procuring, and managing critical spare parts. Requirements• NITEC / Higher Nitec / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline. • Preferably with working experience in a cleanroom or manufacturing facilities environment. • Basic knowledge of facilities systems and maintenance practices. • Ability to perform troubleshooting and simple RCA. • Good documentation and record-keeping skills. • Able to work independently with minimal supervision. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
