About this role
SALT is looking to hire a highly organised and detail-oriented Field Marketing Specialist to support our client's APAC mid-market sales and marketing team. This is 12 months renewable contract role. What you’ll do: • Campaign Execution & Coordination • Support the execution of field marketing programs aligned to regional and global priorities • Coordinate marketing activities including events, campaigns and sales initiatives • Manage logistics such as scheduling, venue booking, travel arrangements, and vendors • Ensure consistency with brand and messaging guidelines across all materials • Sales & Marketing Support • Partner closely with mid-market sales teams to support pipeline generation and deal acceleration activities • Assist in preparing and distributing sales and marketing materials for customer engagement • Help ensure campaigns and initiatives are delivered effectively at a regional level • Operations, Budget & Reporting • Maintain accurate data in marketing systems and databases • Track campaign execution and support reporting on program performance • Ensure data accuracy to enable reliable insights and decision-making • Assist with tracking marketing spend and maintaining budget records • Ensure activities align with operational processes and company policies • Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination • Work with external vendors and internal stakeholders to support program delivery • Coordinate across marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution What you’ll need: • 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, field marketing, marketing operations, or a related role (preferably within SaaS or enterprise technology) • A team player who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and supporting shared outcomes • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Strong attention to detail, with high accuracy in data entry and program coordination • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams); familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across sales, marketing, and external partners • A proactive, self-motivated mindset with a positive attitude and willingness to learn • Experience working in APAC markets is a plus • Proficiency in Korean is highly regarded to deal with Korea market and it's stakeholders.
