SALT is looking to hire a Program Manager to lead the AI transformation work across the APAC Policy team. This role will be responsible for identifying and implementing AI solutions to drive productivity, enhance decision-making processes, and enable our teams to focus on high-priority work. What you’ll do : • Drive end-to-end formation of AI-powered tools and workflows for APAC Policy teams, from requirements gathering through launch and adoption • Own program roadmaps, milestones, and dependencies; proactively identify and resolve blockers • Translate non-technical team needs into clear technical specifications and product requirements • Coordinate across global AI4P engineering, product, and regional policy stakeholders • Prototype, build, and iterate on AI workflows and integrations • Create, review, and land diffs to build out new features, fix bugs. • Evaluate and integrate AI/LLM capabilities into policy workflows (prompt engineering, agent design, tool orchestration) • Debug and improve existing AI tools based on user feedback and performance data What you’ll need: • At least 5+ years of experience in technical program management, with demonstrated ability to drive complex, cross-functional programs from formation through delivery • Proficiency in Python (or similar); comfortable reading, writing, and shipping code in a production environment • Experience creating and landing code changes in a collaborative engineering workflow • Hands-on experience with AI/LLM tools — including prompt engineering, workflow automation, or building on top of LLM APIs • Strong product sense: ability to translate ambiguous user needs into structured requirements and actionable roadmaps • Excellent communication skills with proven ability to work effectively with non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership • Track record of driving adoption and behaviour change across distributed teams CEI No: R1659595 / EA No: 07C3147
