FieldPro Specialist (Part Time)

Role OverviewWe are looking for reliable and proactive Field Pro Specialists to support cleaning operations across commercial and residential sites. This role is designed for individuals who can commit to consistent weekly schedules and take pride in delivering high-quality, professional cleaning standards. Min commitment period 3 months Key Responsibilities• Carry out cleaning duties at assigned locations (commercial and/or residential) • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation of premises • Follow structured cleaning checklists and guidelines • Ensure all equipment and items are properly handled and returned after use • Report issues or irregularities to supervisors when necessary • Uphold professionalism when interacting with clients or occupants Work Schedule• Fixed weekly slots • Typical shifts: 2-hour sessions (e.g. 9am–11am) • Consistency is required — same day and timing each week Onboarding Process• Attend a short briefing and training session • Review operational guide (cleaning scope, expectations, site details) • Begin deployment at assigned locations Requirements• Physically fit and able to perform cleaning tasks • Singapore Citizen / PR preferred • Legally allowed to work part-time in Singapore • Able to commit to a fixed weekly schedule long-term • Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented Growth & OpportunitiesAt Nextloop, we recognise that every individual brings different strengths.
