Title: Assistant Manager Position level: Assistant Manager Role: Contract staff for 3-6 months Working days: Mondays to Fridays Working hours: 9.00am to 5.30pm Qualifications: Degree Salary: SGD$5,000 to SGD$6,000 depending on experience Job duty office add: 1 Harbourfront Place, #14-01 Harbourfront Tower One, Singapore 098633 Your duties essential for the job: · Independently support to handle full set of accounts and management reports of 4 companies. · Prepare and submission of Consolidation Reporting Package to Head Office by 4WD. · In charge of payments via web-banking. · Prepare audit working schedule and draft Financial Statement. · Support the respective managers in the migration of accounting data to new system. · Support the respective managers in the completion of corporate income tax and VAT reports. Basic requirements: · Experienced in Accounting. · Experienced in using SAP accounting system. · Knowledge in Ship owner accounting is an advantage. · More than 5 years of working experience. · Possess good time management. · Attentive to details. · Ability to multi-task, priortize and manage time effectively. · Positive attitude and ability to work under stress. · A team player and willing to take ownership of an opportunity and hands on every aspect of the job. · Punctuality and good attendance is a MUST.
