Key Responsibilities: • Assist in the development of a comprehensive professionalisation framework, including role definitions, competency standards, and certification requirements. • Design and develop training curricula, assessment protocols, and related materials to support professional development. • Create detailed implementation strategies, roadmaps, and pilot programme designs to ensure smooth framework rollout and quality assurance. • Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities and industry consultations to align the framework with sector-specific needs. • Develop regulatory integration guidelines to ensure seamless incorporation with existing certification processes. • Contribute to industry capability development initiatives in preparation for policy implementation, particularly focusing on the professionalisation of key roles. • Prepare documentation, training materials, and resources to support ongoing operations and framework implementation. • Monitor project progress, manage deliverables, and provide regular updates on development milestones. • Assist with other relevant initiatives and tasks as required by the team. Key Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Food Science, Engineering, or a related field. Professional certifications in project management or quality systems are a plus. • 2-3 years of experience in framework development, particularly in certification or professional standards. • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with experience in industry consultation and partnership development. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly for documentation and presentations. • Experience in designing training curricula and developing professional development programs.
