Our mission is to make connectivity for autonomous machines as reliable and ubiquitous as the internet itself.  About the Role  The Finance & HR Asst supports both financial operations and people processes, playing a key role in keeping day-to-day business functions running smoothly.  In this role, you will work closely with the Finance and HR teams to support core operational tasks, improve internal processes, and contribute to a high-performing team environment. This position reports to the Director of Finance and will help support internal operations as Doodle Labs continues to scale.  This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience across Finance and HR within a high-growth company at the forefront of wireless networking and autonomous systems.  What You’ll Do  • Support finance operations including expense tracking, invoice processing, and reconciliations  • Assist with basic accounting tasks and monthly financial reporting  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and Hiring Managers  • Help maintain accurate financial records and HR documentation  • Support recruitment efforts including candidate screening, scheduling and candidate coordination  • Assist with onboarding processes and employee experience initiatives  • Manage office administrative tasks including ordering pantry supplies and maintaining inventory of office essentials  • Coordinate internal logistics such as meetings, team events, and office-related activities  • Contribute to improving internal workflows and administrative processes  What Success Looks Like  • Accurate and timely completion of Finance, HR, and administrative tasks  • Smooth execution of hiring coordination, onboarding, and internal operations  • Strong support to finance reporting and day-to-day business functions  • Effective collaboration across teams  • Improved efficiency in internal processes, documentation, and coordination  Who You Are  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field  • Able to handle sensitive information with discretion   • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment  • Good communication skills and a proactive attitude  Preferred Qualifications   • Basic understanding of accounting principles or HR processes  • Familiarity with tools like Chatgpt and Excel  • Previous internship or experience in a startup environment  Why Join Doodle Labs  • Work on cutting-edge technology powering the future of autonomous systems  • Collaborate with engineers and innovators building industry-leading connectivity solutions  • Make a meaningful impact in a fast-growing company shaping the next generation of robotics and wireless networking
