Finance Executive (Accounting System Support) @ Lavendar | 2 Years Contract (Renewable)

Key Responsibilities:• Perform daily reviews of system interfaces to ensure data transfers between collection, accounting, procurement, and banking systems are complete and accurate • Support weekly and monthly reconciliation processes, including internet collections and failed transaction tracking • Assist in reviewing user access for accounting systems and bank portals; escalate discrepancies • Handle helpdesk queries, provide timely responses, and maintain knowledge repository/databank • Support vendor creation process by verifying documents, following up with stakeholders, and maintaining vendor records • Assist in fixed assets administration, including tagging, documentation, and stock take exercises • Extract reports and support reconciliation and verification processes • Assist in grant system configuration, including basic form updates and data monitoring Requirements:• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business, IT, or related field • 1–2 years of relevant experience • Detail-oriented with strong administrative and coordination skills • Basic knowledge of Excel and data reconciliation Other details • • Start Date: 2nd June • Clearance Period: 2 weeks • Work Location: King George Avenue • Employment Type: 2-year contract (renewable) • Working Days & Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM "This is in partnership with the Employment and Employability Institute Pte Ltd (“e2i”). e2i is the empowering network for workers and employers seeking employment and employability solutions. e2i serves as a bridge between workers and employers, connecting with workers to offer job security through job-matching, career guidance and skills upgrading services, and partnering employers to address their manpower needs through recruitment, training, and job redesign solutions. e2i is a tripartite initiative of the National Trades Union Congress set up to support nation-wide manpower and skills upgrading initiatives. By applying for this role, you consent to RMA Group’s PDPA and e2i’s PDPA."
