Working Hours • Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM • Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Job Responsibilities • Manage front desk operations and greet visitors professionally • Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently • Handle enquiries and provide accurate information • Receive and distribute mail and deliveries • Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes • Provide basic administrative support, including filing and data entry • Ensure the reception area is neat and presentable Requirements • Minimum GCE 'O' Level, including passes in English and Mathematics • At least 1 year of receptionist or frontline customer service experience • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook • Good telephone etiquette • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Pleasant and customer-oriented personality
