Location: AMK Working days: 5 days, Monday - Friday Working hours: 8:30am - 6:00pm Salary: Up to $4,300.00 Summary Overall in-charge to deliver effective and efficient Financial and Accounting services to support clients’ business objectives and operations. Job Description • To deliver quality finance and accounting services to our clients • Work in a small team to deliver professional services to meet contractual obligations • Responsible for AP/AR & GL of the account. • Responsible for month end closing process. • Ensure timely and accurate daily accounting processing. • Perform Balance sheet reconciliation. • Prepare cash flow projections.. • Assist in managing fixed assets, including disposal and transfers. • Participate in ad hoc projects and duties as and when. • Liaise with internal/external auditors • Month-end/quarterly/year-end closing • Statutory reporting (GST quarterly submission etc.) • Other ad-hoc duties Requirements • Accounting degree and/or Certified Accountant qualification. • Work experience in shared service / public sector experience will be an advantage. • Proficiency in excel, SAP, Microsoft Dynamic 365, WORKDAY system knowledge. • Good understanding of FRS and SB FRS. • Good interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written). • Must uphold strong code of work ethics, in particular confidentiality of information. • Must be able to review and respond to changes in client’s requirements. • Able to work independently as well as in a team. *We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates would be notified.
