Headquartered globally, the organization designs high-quality products in-house while partnering with world-class manufacturing facilities across Asia and Europe. Key Responsibilities • Financial Operations: Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, bank reconciliations, cost controls, and balance sheet schedules for assigned entities. • Variance Analysis: Prepare detailed gross profit variance analysis for international container shipments and monitor accounts receivable aging reports. • Credit Risk Management: Oversee trade credit insurance processes, including applying for credit limits, managing insurer communication, and filing overdue declarations. • Banking Liaison: Coordinate with financial institutions regarding newly credit-insured customers and manage the execution of Loss Payee Endorsements. • SAP System Support: Assist with user acceptance testing, document operational solutions, and update process workflows during system implementation phases. Job Requirements • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting with 3 to 5 years of relevant, full-set accounting experience. • Professional Qualification: CA, CPA, or equivalent professional accounting certification is highly preferred for this senior-level corporate function. • Industry Expertise: Proven exposure to trade credit insurance operations and international logistics cost control frameworks. • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and experience utilizing SAP ERP systems for financial reporting. • Soft Skills: Strong written communication, sharp analytical problem-solving abilities, and a detail-oriented, collaborative work ethic.
