Finance Manager (FP&A)

Manager, Finance (1-Year Contract)Location: Tanjong Pagar Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 6:00pm Salary: Up to $7,500 (depending on experience) The RoleYou will be part of the Finance team, reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This role supports group financial reporting, strategic analysis, and business partnering across the organisation and its overseas subsidiaries. Key Responsibilities• Prepare monthly financial analysis, including review and interpretation of financial results for the listed entity and its overseas subsidiaries • Prepare quarterly and half-yearly financial reports, including board papers for the listed entity • Partner with business units to provide financial insights and advisory support, including investment and divestment activities • Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecast exercises • Coordinate with external auditors to ensure smooth audit closing and compliance • Support statutory reporting requirements and regulatory submissions to relevant authorities • Oversee statutory filings and respond to surveys from statutory bodies • Work closely with country finance teams to ensure consistency in financial operations, reporting standards, and compliance with group policies • Perform other ad-hoc finance-related duties as assigned Requirements• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent professional accounting qualification • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with exposure in real estate and/or fund management • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Strong analytical skills with good business acumen • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Able to work independently and perform effectively under pressure • Proactive, with a continuous improvement and learning mindset • Mature, strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills • Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Interested candidate please click "APPLY" to begin your job search journey and submit your CV directly through the official PERSOL job application platform - GO Mobile We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
