About this role
Responsibilities: • Collaborate in strategic business planning and budgeting exercises for Enterprises and Government. Contribute to syndication exercises with key product houses on a regular quarterly cadence, as well as the annual AOP cycle • Drive productive business targeting and administer seamless business operations for business through intelligence and insights from management reports, analysis, and data mining • Develop and prepare a forecasting model for regular business monitoring, including relevant sensitivity analysis and scenario planning. Ensure effectiveness and internal control of business unit operations by streamlining processes where necessary • Oversee essential projects as needed and conduct regular cadence reviews, such as funnel management, to ensure visibility of the business. Plan and coordinate interlocks with other business units to promote collaboration • Drive timely and accurate management reporting for key business decisions – Growth/BAU TMs and BPR’s and management dashboards and drivers • Ensure monthly month-end closing procedures are executed to ensure proper book closure • Stay informed of key trends affecting the business, including new developments in the enterprises and government sectors, progress of commercial enterprises, and market environment changes specific to certain vertical industries Requirements: University degree or equivalent in Accountancy, Finance & Business or related discipline • At least 3-5 years of experience in Business Planning / Analyst / Sales Operations • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint. Capable of managing and analyzing large volumes of data.
