Key Highlights: • Office Hours: Mon–Thu 9:00–6:30 | Fri 9:00– 6:00 • Work Location: The Treasury, Singapore (Clarke Quay MRT Station) • Contract Duration: 6 months (Extendable) • Salary: $15.00 – $16.00 per hour • Gain hands-on experience in finance systems implementation and public sector workflows. Understand system controls, budgeting processes, and end-to-end project implementation cycles. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in facilitating user engagement workshops for the implementation of a Financial Planning system, including gathering business and design requirements • Support system enhancements and user acceptance testing for new feature releases • Maintain master data in the system and support budgetary operations to ensure completeness for planning and control processes • Organise and maintain project documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) • Support ongoing system and process improvements Key Requirements: Functional / Technical Competencies • At least a Diploma in Accountancy, Business, Finance, IT, Systems, or related fields • Interest in operations and technology (Ops-Tech) roles • Basic understanding of finance processes • Prior exposure to finance systems or implementations is an advantage Generic Competencies • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills • Good time management and ability to handle multiple tasks • Meticulous, organized, and a team player who can also work independently • Good communication and presentation skills Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
