Financial Systems Support Executive (Clark Quay)

Financial Systems Support Executive (6-Month Contract, Extendable) Salary: $15–$16/hour (Approx. $2,730–$2,912/month) Contract: 6 months (Option to extend) ⏰ Working Hours: 42 hours/week, Mon–Fri Start Date: Immediate Key Responsibilities• Support Customer Account & Tax operations (issue tracking, follow-ups, resolution) • Coordinate system integration, deployment & hypercare support with stakeholders • Assist with system configuration, SIT/UAT testing & change requests • Support new feature releases & system enhancements • Engage stakeholders to gather requirements & provide timely updates • Conduct briefings & training on system updates • Maintain project documentation, SOPs & records Requirements• Diploma in Accountancy, Finance, Business, IT, Systems or related field • Interest in Ops-Tech / financial systems roles • Basic understanding of finance processes (AR, Taxes, GST) • Knowledge of XBRL, XML or system implementation is an advantage • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills • Good communication & stakeholder management skills • Meticulous, independent & a team player • Able to multitask and manage deadlines By submitting your resume and/or personal data, you hereby consent to Seacare Manpower Services Pte Ltd collecting, using, and disclosing such information to our clients and business partners strictly for the purposes of assessing your suitability for employment opportunities and for the provision of related recruitment and placement services.
