Food Service Associate

Looking for both Part-Time and Full-Time NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Operations - FOH • Ensure service offered is of the highest quality and make the customer feels welcome at all times - Be the Service Ambassador • To have a full understanding and knowledge of all items that is offered on the menu • To prepare the shop for opening, and ensure cleanliness in the shop after closing • Taking customer orders • Make menu recommendations and perform up-selling skills • To perform duties at the cashier, ensuring that payments are being charged accurately • To be efficient and create high turnover during peak period while maintaining service standards • Maintain highest standards of professionalism, ethics, grooming and attitude towards colleague and customers Operations - BOH • Prepares all raw cooking materials and all mise-en-place as required • Prepares orders according to the recipe and ensures accuracy in portioning • Always ensure appealing food presentation • Prepare and cook food in designated areas • Monitor food inventories and place orders • Ensure all hygiene standards are observed at all times • To work safely, efficiently and being productive at all times • Cleans and maintains work areas and equipment • Undertake ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors • Any ad-hoc duties as assigned Job Requirements • With or without experience are welcome as training will be provided • Ability to multi-task and work independently in a face-paced environment • Positive attitude with a service-oriented mindset • Demonstrate ability to work as a team Call / WhatsApp 87167049 to find out more information or email to coco.recruit@gmail.com
