Football Coach

Position: Goalkeeper Coach Location: [Central Singapore] Commitment: [Part-Time / Full-Time] About Us: Balestier Khalsa Football Club, a professional football club in the Singapore Premier League is looking for a dedicated and experienced Goalkeeper Coach to join our coaching staff. We are committed to developing a modern, possession-based style of play while maintaining the highest defensive standards. Key Responsibilities: Training Sessions: Plan and deliver progressive, age-appropriate, or elite goalkeeper training sessions focusing on technical execution, positioning, distribution, and match scenarios. Match Preparation: Assist the Head Coach with tactical planning, video analysis, and set-piece defending. Player Development: Monitor player fitness, conduct performance evaluations, and create individualized development plans. Collaboration: Work seamlessly with the first-team or youth coaching staff and medical teams. Talent Identification: Scout and assess goalkeepers within the youth system and broader region. Requirements & Qualifications: Licensing: Minimum [AFC Goalkeeping A / equivalent] coaching license. Experience: Proven track record coaching goalkeepers, ideally at a competitive youth, semi-professional, or professional level. Skills: Strong understanding of modern goalkeeping tactics (including playing out from the back), exceptional communication skills, and video analysis capabilities.
