About this role
Job Description: Project Planning & Coordination o Develop and maintain the office relocation project plan and schedule. o Coordinate relocation activities across departments and stakeholders. o Monitor project milestones, timelines, and deliverables. o Track relocation budgets and expenditures. Vendor & Contractor Management o Source, evaluate, and coordinate moving companies and service providers. o Liaise with contractors, furniture suppliers, and facility vendors. o Coordinate installation schedules for office furniture and equipment. o Ensure vendors comply with site access and safety requirements. Communication & Stakeholder Management o Communicate relocation schedules, procedures, and updates to employees. o Coordinate employee move instructions and packing requirements. o Manage inquiries and provide support related to relocation activities. o Notify relevant external stakeholders of address changes. Move Execution o Supervise move-day activities and vendor performance. o Ensure assets are packed, transported, and delivered safely. o Track and resolve relocation-related issues in a timely manner. o Verify completion of all relocation tasks according to plan. Post-Move Support o Conduct post-move inspections and asset verification. o Coordinate resolution of outstanding facility or operational issues. o Support employee onboarding into the new workspace. o Prepare post-project reports and lessons learned documentation. Provide administrative support to the HR department, including preparation of HR documents, coordination of meetings, and handling general HR enquiries. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring all employee information and documentation are accurate and kept confidential. Assist in the administration of employee benefits, leave records, and attendance tracking. Coordinate training sessions, staff activities, and other HR-related events. Requirements 2-5 years of experience in HR administration or HR support role or Office admin support Good knowledge of employment regulations and HR practices. Strong planning and organisational skills.
