Position: Freelance Physiotherapist (1-to-1) Responsibilities: • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate children's physical development, mobility, strength, and coordination. • Develop and implement individualised treatment plans tailored to each child’s specific needs, goals, and abilities. • Provide one-on-one therapy sessions focusing on improving physical function, mobility, strength, balance, and coordination. • Utilise evidence-based therapeutic techniques and exercises to engage children and promote their physical well-being. • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support and effective integration of therapy goals into daily activities. • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of each child’s progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes. • Stay updated on current trends, techniques, and best practices in physiotherapy and special education. Requirements: • A recognised degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution. • Valid registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) in Singapore. • Previous experience working with children, especially those with developmental delays, disabilities, or special needs, in a one-to-one setting. • Strong knowledge of pediatric physiotherapy practices and interventions. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and patient-centered approach to working with children and their families. • Ability to work independently and adapt treatment plans based on each child’s progress and evolving needs. • A genuine passion for helping children improve their physical abilities and overall quality of life.
