Position: Freelance Private Early Childhood Educator Responsibilities: • Plan and implement individualised early childhood educational programs for children aged 2 to 6, focusing on fostering holistic development. • Design engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. • Work with children of varying abilities, including those with learning or special needs, ensuring that each child receives personalised support. • Collaborate closely with parents and caregivers to provide updates on the child’s progress and offer guidance on how to extend learning at home. • Provide a nurturing, stimulating, and safe environment that encourages creativity, curiosity, and confidence. • Keep up with current early childhood education practices, particularly in working with children with special educational needs (SEN). Requirements: • Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or related fields. • Previous experience working with children, particularly those with learning or special needs, is highly valued. • Strong understanding of child development, early learning principles, and SEN support. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient and empathetic approach to teaching. • Ability to develop and adapt lesson plans based on the child’s individual progress and developmental needs. • A passion for early education and a commitment to helping children thrive in their foundational years.
