About this role
We wish hire a part-time front desk operations executive: • Warmly greet and assist all clients. • Scheduling new and existing bookings. • Accurately handle billing, process payments, and manage client accounts. • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries and messaging to customers on new bookings. • Introduce new services and vouchers. • Work days: 3-4 per week.
