Job Description & Requirements Role Overview At Sim Leisure Group, the owner and operator of KidZania Singapore & Malaysia, we believe that fun is a serious business. We are looking for a highly responsible and hands-on Team Leader to lead daily park operations and ensure a safe, efficient and world-class guest experience. This role is not for clock-watchers, job hoppers or people who are unable to work weekends or peak seasons. We are looking for individuals who take ownership, work hard and lead by example. Key Responsibilities • Lead and supervise frontline staff during daily park operations • Ensure all activities operate safely, smoothly and according to SOPs • Be physically present on the ground to monitor operations, guest flow and staff performance • Resolve operational issues immediately and escalate when necessary • Ensure the park environment is clean, organized and guest-ready at all times • Monitor staff discipline, punctuality and productivity • Conduct daily briefings and ensure staff understand operational priorities • Ensure strict compliance with safety procedures and operational standards • Handle guest feedback or complaints in a professional and calm manner • Support management in improving efficiency, productivity and service standards Requirements • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in operations, hospitality, attractions, or retail • Proven ability to lead teams and manage staff on the ground • Strong sense of responsibility, discipline and accountability • Must be hands-on and proactive, not someone who waits to be told what to do • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with large crowds • Able to work weekends, public holidays and peak periods • Take ownership of their responsibilities • Lead by example, not by title • Reliable, disciplined and solution-oriented • Committed to staying and growing with the company
