Frontend Development Intern

We are seeking a proactive Frontend Development Intern to support the Maintenance Division in monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing critical software and system infrastructure. This role offers hands-on experience in system monitoring, reporting, and supporting operational technology (OT) used in rail maintenance. Key Responsibilities: • Monitor and track performance of maintenance systems, software, and IoT devices. • Assist in identifying system issues, anomalies, or potential risks and escalate appropriately. • Maintain logs, dashboards, and reports for system performance and operational health. • Support updates, patches, and configurations of maintenance software and tools. • Collaborate with the maintenance and IT teams to ensure uninterrupted system operation. • Document monitoring processes, system configurations, and troubleshooting procedures. Requirements: • Pursuing a degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. • Basic knowledge of system monitoring tools, software management, or IT infrastructure. • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills. • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation. • Team player with good communication skills. • Preference for candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience in software monitoring, IT support, or system administration.
