Role Summary: Lead the design and development of enterprise-scale GIS solutions using ESRI technologies, providing both hands-on development and solution architecture. Key Responsibilities · Design and architect ArcGIS Enterprise / ArcGIS Online solutions · Develop and support GIS applications using Esri JavaScript API,Python (ArcPy), REST APIs · Build and manage map, feature, and geoprocessing services · Design and optimize spatial databases (PostGIS, Oracle Spatial, SQL Server) · Integrate GIS with enterprise systems and cloud platforms · Ensure GIS platform performance, security, and scalability · Mentor developers and provide technical leadership Required Skills & Experience · 08+ years of GIS development and solution architecture experience · Strong expertise in ESRI platform (ArcGIS Enterprise, Server, Portal, Pro) · Programming skills: Python, JavaScript (plus .NET or Java preferred) · Strong experience with spatial data modelling and databases · Experience in enterprise or government GIS implementations
