About this role
General administrative tasks: • Directing public queries to the right officer, and respond to simple queries with past precedents • Processing screening requests, and tracing connections using applications like Handshake, OSINT • Digitising / data-cleaning • Store and physical file management • Scheduling meetings, booking meeting rooms and visitor registration Surveillance / Raid operations-related work: • Preparing and managing case exhibits, including printing, labelling, scanning • Provide support during interviews and perform various administrative tasks e.g. printing interview statements, booking meeting rooms, visitor registration, purchasing meals for interviewers and interviewees • Scanning statements/signed exhibits • Sending production orders, follow-up and compile results for analysis • Carry out simple analysis e.g. matching funds against trades • Filing and storage of documents and exhibits Job Requirements : • No working experience required • Knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel and Adobe Acrobat required • Good verbal and written communication skills • Good interpersonal skills and strong team player • Careful and meticulous worker • Able to commit for 12-months
