IT Business Analyst (Workday) | Agile • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Hybrid Working Arrangement • Working Location: Central • Remuneration package: Up to $9,000 + AWS We are seeking a talented and experienced Business Analyst with a focus on Workday solutions to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand HR and enterprise needs, translating them into Workday-enabled solutions using human-centric approaches such as service journeys and business case development. • Apply Design Thinking / Service Design methodologies to identify current state gaps and design future state processes leveraging Workday capabilities. • Work closely with technical teams to develop user stories, functional/technical specifications, and acceptance criteria, particularly for Workday integrations (e.g., EIB, PECI, Workday Studio, RaaS). • Evaluate and recommend appropriate Workday integration approaches and solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, cloud strategies, and system modernization initiatives. • Analyse integration patterns, data flows, and dependencies between Workday and downstream systems to ensure reliable and scalable solutions. • Support and participate in Agile practices and ceremonies, and determine suitable delivery methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) based on project context. • Collaborate with developers on integration design, including error handling, logging, security, and performance considerations. • Facilitate communication between functional and technical teams, ensuring clear understanding of integration designs, risks, and dependencies. Requirements: • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT business analysis, with exposure to Workday implementations or integrations. • Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with Workday integration tools such as EIB, PECI, Workday Studio, WECI, and RaaS. • Experience participating in at least one full software or Workday implementation lifecycle, preferably using Agile methodology. • Strong understanding of HCM processes and data mapping between Workday and external systems. • Familiarity with Workday security concepts, reporting (RaaS), and integration governance is an advantage. • Strong analytical, conceptualisation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot integration issues and propose effective solutions. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders. • A driven and motivated individual with the ability to learn and apply new concepts effectively.
